Shipping Policy

For Clients based outside of Ghana whose orders are shipped through DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. The exact day of delivery will solely depend on DHL Express delivery schedule which is usually 2 to 10 working days depending on the Country a client is based.

International shipping charges vary depending on the country and weight of order at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for paying LOCAL FEE’S FOR TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES.

For packages that are turned down at delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the country of origin these costs will be deducted from the customer refund.

  • For Clients within Accra, orders are dispatched same day if an order placement is concluded before 11 am each day except on Sundays. Delivery is Free within main Accra and Tema. Outskirts attract a delivery Fee between 25 Ghs to 35 Ghs.

Deliveries to the Regions are dispatched through FedEx or Bus based on the client’s preference if the order placement is concluded before 11 am each day except Sundays. Orders placed after 11 am are dispatched the following day.

  • “Made To Order” have a waiting period of 5 to 15 working days depending on the design and our pending order schedule at the time of order placement.

– Returns Policy

To request a return, please fill our RETURN FORM. A confirmation email will be sent once the form is submitted.

Returns must be received by Miss Dee in their original condition, not having been worn, clean, no smell of cologne or altered, and with all original tags, belts, packaging, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or Miss Dee has made a shipping error.

  • All sale and special price orders are final sale and may not be returned.

You may also use a shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Miss Dee is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. As goods can take up to 7 working to arrive with us, please allow adequate time for any returns.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email (info@missdeeclothing.com). Miss Dee reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements.
